The ARES group took part in the Fifth Annual Saginaw County Family Preparedness Fair sponsored by The Citizen Corps of Saginaw County.  The event was held at the Saginaw Township Soccer Field in conjunction with the National Night Out event.  The displays included Skywarn, ARES and Emergency communications.  It also included a ARRL "Special Event" station making over 50 contact from around the United States and Canada.  Although it rained, the event was well attended and everyone had a good time.
